Most items are handmade and some items are from a supplier chain I am in contact with, handmade items will be stated as handmade, same with any personalized items! We do have other platforms which hold our baby, kids, mens, home and garden, pets and more! - LLB is based on ladies clothing and accessories only, we stock the best fits and we do most sizes depending on our item. How do I order?- at the moment, if your wanting to order anything please create your basket as normal and add your items there, once you have chosen and filled your basket, send me a message or an email with your basket screenshot. Once I receive the email or message from you, I will take a few extra details and make sure everything is correct before placing your order through.. When I have checked your size is in stock, I will add up the costs for your items and offer you any discount codes that are available ( these may be shown else where too ) - 1 coupon code per customer order. Once your order has been checked over and is correct, I’ll need your full address and name for delivery 🚚. After I have all information needed, I will send my payment details to you for you to pay and I’ll update you once your order is accepted on the system! You will recieve tracking for most items unless it’s a next day delivery 📦…
Can I get a refund / exchange on my item/s?Unfortunately not all items are available to refund or exchange, especially if your order has been payed for and accepted on the system. If you are applicable for a refund on your order I will let you know.
Do you do payment plans?We did have one payment plan up and running in January, unfortunately we had a problem with 2 customers not paying the rest off the money though and had to cancel this offer… Our payment plan option was:If your order is £500 or more, you are welcome to pay a deposit fee as a first payment, then when your item has arrived ( the estimated delivery due date ) you can send the rest through😌.
